In recent years, major domestic automotive stamping die-casting enterprises such as Tianqi Stamping Die, FAW Stamping Die, Second Steam Stamping Die, and Futian Stamping Die have all broken through technical bottlenecks through technology introduction and technical transformation, such as Foton Stamping. The mold introduces the internationally advanced stamping die CNC machining equipment, advanced manufacturing technology and software, actively implements CAD/CAE/CAM/CAPP/PDM-body technology, and adopts advanced project management technology, with Rigongjin, Japan. Suiyuan, South Korea SMC and other foreign advanced stamping die companies have carried out project cooperation, and have formed a relatively complete stamping die casting system for covering parts.
However, most stamping die companies do not have these capabilities, and can only produce some stamping die with relatively low technical content. Currently, they are in the transition period from 2D CAD to 3D CAD, relying mainly on the experience of designers to ensure stamping die. The rationality of the structure, the degree of standardization is not high, and the development experience of the stamping parts of the cover parts is insufficient. Because numerical simulation technology requires engineers and technicians with strong professional knowledge and design experience, it can not be universally applied in the domestic stamping die industry. Even if numerical simulation technology can be used to guide the development of the cover, it is simply used as an improved process. An auxiliary means of the scheme, and the experience of numerical simulation is insufficient, and the accuracy of the analysis results cannot be fully guaranteed, and the degree of comprehensiveness and standardization is not high.
A large part of the quality of the stamping forming of the cover depends on the stamping die, and it is difficult to guarantee the cycle of the development of the stamping die.
